Three mornings a week, my yoga instructor starts class by asking participants (yogis) to “set an intention for our practice.” The practice of yoga teaches us that learning is a journey, an exchange and a shared collection of efforts. Drawing from my yoga practice into the workplace, the mentor – mentee relationship is an interchange that requires mutual contributions by both parties. So, what sets a successful mentor-mentee relationship? Here are three tips.
