150+ lawyer firm with 4 offices and more than 15 practice areas needed an audit of its existing marketing and business development group and related roles. We audited the department and provided recommendations which helped create more outcome focused services and better results: memorialization of existing client relationships; cross-practice referrals; and communication enhancements increasing client retention.
