Developing a New Workflow for a Software Company
Software company had several software solutions for a project with a short timeframe. The teams within the organization – from product development and software developers, to sales, marketing and business development – were disjointed and did not execute on developing prototypes efficiently.
We created a design sprint process to change course and reinvent the way they worked together. At the end of the process, the company had a prototype of the software for the client and a new, collaborative workflow for the entire company.
